Claire Garrard is a first year graduate student in design.  She attended Samford University in Birmingham, AL where she obtained her BA in Theatre.  While at Samford, Claire had the privilege of stage managing The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe, Samford’s first Theatre for Young Audiences production, as well as Much Ado About Nothing.  Much to her delight she was able to design lighting for two mainstage productions, Godspell and Boy Gets Girl and to had the joy of directing and choreographing Samford’s second annual dance production, The Little Prince. She has also designed at the Birmingham Children’s Theatre and The Birmingham Festival Theatre.
