**The MeD is also attainable through SITE (Summer Institute for Theatre Education).  This program is summer based and designed for teachers to complete their MeD with accelerated classes conducive to the teacher's schedule and adult learners.

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro’s Department of Theatre accepts graduate students on the following timeline:

MFA Design students                                Admitted every Fall
MFA Directing students** Admitted every other Fall ('10, '12, '14)
MFA Theatre for Youth students** Admitted every other Fall (on same course as Directing students) ('10, '12, '14)
MFA Acting students

Admitted every other Fall (opposite Directing and TYP students) ('09, '11, '13)
