Room Reservations

Please note: some items require the Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader, which can be downloaded from the Adobe web site.

UTLC Meeting Rooms 140 and 321 McIver are available for use by University Affiliated Groups.

To reserve a room, please download and review the Policies For Use Form and Events Confirmation Form (PDF).

Both forms must be submitted to the UTLC Main Office at least 24 hours before the event.

Questions may be directed to the UTLC Main Office by email or by phone at 334-5080.
