Test & Data Scanning - Example Reports

Please note: some items require a free Microsoft Office Viewer. Please select the appropriate viewer and download it from the Microsoft web site. Each Office file type link is labelled as such.
The following is a list of the reports that are offered by the UTLC Scanning Services. It is best to specify what you want the FIRST time you visit the UTLC Scanning Services. After the first time you get your test run you are added to the UTLC database and will not have to specify what you want in subsequent visits. If not otherwise specified you will receive the basic package when having your test run.
Test Reports
Printed or Electronic PDF (e-mail address required for electronic files)

- Available upon request:
- 201 Detailed Item Analysis (PDF)
- 301 Student Grade Report (PDF)
- Excel spreadsheet with student’s answers and grade in textual format.
- Excel spreadsheet with student’s answers and grade in numerical format.
Data Reports (for Evaluations/Surveys)
Printed or Electronic PDF (e-mail address required for electronic files)
- Basic Package:
- 204 Condensed Item Analysis (PDF) - ”Question 1“ may be replaced with actual question text upon request.
Electronic PDF or Excel only (e-mail address required)
- Available upon request:
- 201 Detailed Item Analysis (PDF)
- Excel spreadsheet in numerical format
