The hotel offers a special conference daily rate of $126.00 plus tax per day for single occupancy and $63.00 plus tax per day per person for double occupancy. When making reservations, mention that you are participating in the Lilly Conference on College and University Teaching. The Sheraton will guarantee the $126.00 rate through January 4, 2010.

Travel
The Piedmont Triad International Airport (airport code = GSO, but designated locally as PTI) is located 10 miles from the hotel. Amtrak trains and Greyhound buses also serve the Greensboro area. Hotel Shuttle service is available from PTI, the Greensboro Train Station, and the Greyhound Bus Terminal at a discounted rate of $15 per person, one-way or roundtrip. Arrangements can be made for pick-up by contacting the hotel prior to or upon arrival.
In addition, the Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is 70 miles from the hotel and the Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (CLT) is 93 miles from the hotel.
