TLC loans a wide variety of audiovisual equipment:

- Compact Flip Camcorders
Other Equipment
- Notebook computers (limited loan)
- Tabletop lectern w/sound
- Tripod screens
Please Note: All equipment is for use in UNCG classes and sponsored programs. Equipment may not be loaned to other individuals, institutions, or agencies.
Loan Period
The loan period is generally three days. The loan period may not exceed one week without special permission.
Booking Equipment
Most departments have equipment on semi-permanent loan from the UTLC. If you need additional equipment, you may submit an online request. Equipment may be booked by faculty at any time for pick up. Items picked up at the UTLC must be returned to the UTLC. Items to be delivered must be booked before 11 am of the day prior to the expected day of use.
Equipment Delivery
When equipment is scheduled for delivery, it will arrive at the departmental office on the day prior to use and will be retrieved the day after use. Deliveries cannot be made to individual classrooms or faculty offices. Items to be delivered must be booked before 11 am of the day prior to the expected day of use.
