Hypothetical

• The University of Greater Greensboro (“UGG”) is a large, public university in Greensboro, State of Utopia. Students from around the world apply to UGG’s Dance Department, which maintains a reputation for graduating the best-of-the-best in dance. Emmett Smith, a sexy, hot, Brazilian dancer, applied to UGG and was accepted immediately into the dance program. The Department Chair, Tapper Hines, and Paulette Abdul, a dance faculty member, were ecstatic about Smith coming to UGG. Smith enrolled last fall and sparks began to fly immediately between Abdul and him. What began as light banter through e-mail, progressed to an internet, and then physical, love affair between student and faculty member.
