The women's soccer team went undefeated during conference play for the second year in a row. The season yielded six first-team all-conference selections plus conference Freshman of the Year and Coach of the Year awards.
The volleyball team, with 11 SoCon victories, recorded their best regular season since joining the conference. They then reached the final round of the SoCon tournament, their second time in a row.
Sophomore Kendall Toney set a school record and nearly an NCAA record with eight consecutive three-point shots in a men's basketball win against USC Upstate.
Softball's Leslie Furness, Mary Greenway and Brittany Ausley earned pre-season All-Southern Conference first team honors, the first time the team has had three players on the list.
