WALK THIS WAY. Getting from College Avenue to the front door of Petty Building used to mean a substantial workout, with 41 steps on two flights of stairs. A new pedestrian bridge, inspired by the Parisian Pont des Arts, a bridge over the Seine, has changed all that. The opaque glass underfoot glows to brighten up any student's evening promenade. Trés bien.
