Neo-Black Society Lounge, Elliott University Center - Post-1970

Check out this 1970s scene from the EUC's Neo-Black Society Lounge. That lounge was a respite for many NBS students for decades, a place to meet, to unwind, to just be with friends. The wall paintings are long gone but not forgotten. Pictures of them hang in the new lounge. Do you have Neo-Black Society Lounge stories to share or stories about fellow students who made the campus a better place for students of all races? Send your comments to beth_english@uncg.edu. Responses may be used in the next issue.
