Parker leaves sidelines and legacy
After 26 years and 382 victories as Spartan men's soccer coach, Michael Parker steps down.
Making the leap
The freshman class of men's basketball players found taking on six ACC teams and tough SoCon opponents means you have to hang together.
Playing it smart
Women's soccer and softball players made some impressive plays and GPAs.
Scott Jones, Spartan men's soccer's first four-time first-team all-conference honoree, was named by College Soccer News to their All-Decade squad.
Soccer's Tabitha Padgett was named the SoCon's Co-Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year. Her five game-winning goals tied for the league lead.
Senior Catherine Hanners was named the SoCon volleyball Libero of the Year. She had 2,315 digs over four years, almost 400 more than the previous school record.
Katie Hansen shattered the school record in the 3,000 meters by more than 25 seconds in the Niswonger Invitational. She eclipsed her new record by 16 seconds two weeks later.
