Reconnect using Harris Connect

If you don't call them, they'll call you.

Harris Connect, the vendor selected by the UNCG Alumni Association to launch an online community, is seeking updated alumni information. Postcards were mailed in late November asking alumni to call Harris Connect to verify or update information such as addresses, phone numbers, career and family data.

The information will be used to create a print directory, but also will be used to ensure all alumni have the opportunity to be a part of the online community, which will be available in the spring of 2008. In an effort to keep you informed and comfortable with the process, the UNCG Alumni Association wants to mention the following:

• Even if you have already responded to a request to update your information via email or a return mailer, a phone call is still needed to make this one last verification.
• If you do not contact Harris Connect at 1-800-488-9219, the company will begin making outbound calls in January.
• During the call, you will be given the option to purchase the paper directory. However, you do not have to purchase the directory in order to be listed in the directory or to be a part of the online community.

To date, 4,117 alumni have called to verify their information. Be sure to make your call as well.
