What a party

Gorgeous fall weather set the stage for a day that brought out the largest crowd ever for FallFest. Whether children's activities, sports, music or getting together with friends was the main attraction, everyone had a great time. Three years ago, FallFest attendees numbed close to 500.

Here's a look at the numbers from this year:

• 8,000 FallFest attendees (more than double last year's crowd)
• 4,200 people at the Children's Festival
• 2,228 at the soccer game against the Ackron Zips - 1,100 of whom were students
• 12 kegs of beer consumed
• 550 cones of cotton candy sold
• 1,257 sodas sold
• 2 bands performed
• 6 chancellor’s cup teams present
