The search begins

The search for UNCG's new chancellor kicked off this month. Alumni are well represented on the search committee by UNCG Alumni Association President Betsy Ervin '79. Also, alumni can share what they would like to see in the next chancellor in two public forums next week. Read more about the search process and public forums.

The world according to John Irving

Novelist John Irving won't be holed up at the Hotel New Hampshire the night of Thursday, Jan. 17. He'll be farther south, reading at UNCG. Read more about the John Irving event.

Driving pride

What do Duke, Chapel Hill, UNC Pembroke, Fayetteville State and 20 other universities have that we don't have? Collegiate license plates. Read more and take a survey about your interest in getting UNCG license plates on the road.

New year, new look

If you haven't visited the UNCG Alumni Association home page lately, it's time to stop by and get reacquainted. With the new year comes a new look and a new way to find all the information you need. Read more about the web site changes.
