Inspiring the next good idea

On March 27, entrepreneurs will visit classrooms, talk on panels and share their experiences to inspire the next generation of business owners.

Entrepreneurs, many of them UNCG alumni, will talk to students in 48 different classes. While business classes will be in the mix, classes in other fields, such as religion, sociology, communication studies and social work, will also benefit from hearing about entrepreneurial careers related to their areas of study.

In addition to specific class sessions, the NC Entrepreneurship Center is holding four open sessions for anyone who would like to attend:

• 9:30 - 11 a.m. — Panel Discussion featuring Pat Holder '69, '71 MA, Alicia Fields-Minkins '86, Renae Myers '85 and Victor Jones '06; Faculty member - Darlene Broadhurst, Bryan 202
• 11 a.m. - noon — Guest Speaker - Steve Hassenfelt; Faculty member - Frank Janssen, MHRA 3208
• 3:30 - 5 p.m. — Guest Speaker - Mickey Freeman '88; Faculty member - Ruth DeHoog, Graham 207
• 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. — Guest Speaker - Megan Metzger '05; Faculty member - Joe Erba, Course - ENT 206, Bryan 105
