Using the Projection Image - PC Instructions
Downloading a projection image file:
- Click on the template image or link on the right.
- Select “Save” (in MS Internet Explorer), or "Save to Disk" and then "OK" (in Firefox).
- Navigate to the folder where you would like to save the template file and click "Save".
Insert the Projection Image into a PowerPoint Presentation:
- Open PowerPoint and then open either a new or existing presentation. If opening an existing presentation file, place the cursor between the slides where you would like to have the projection image appear.
- From the menu, choose "Insert > Slides from Files...".
- Click "Browse" to navigate to the folder where you saved the downloaded projection image file (.PPT).
- Select the downloaded projection image file and make sure to check the box for "Keep source formatting"; click "Insert" and then click "Close". The projection image slide should have been placed in your PowerPoint presentation.
