Using the Projection Image - PC Instructions

Downloading a projection image file:

  1. Click on the template image or link on the right.
  2. Select “Save” (in MS Internet Explorer), or "Save to Disk" and then "OK" (in Firefox).
  3. Navigate to the folder where you would like to save the template file and click "Save".

Insert the Projection Image into a PowerPoint Presentation:

  1. Open PowerPoint and then open either a new or existing presentation. If opening an existing presentation file, place the cursor between the slides where you would like to have the projection image appear.
  2. From the menu, choose "Insert > Slides from Files...".
  3. Click "Browse" to navigate to the folder where you saved the downloaded projection image file (.PPT).
  4. Select the downloaded projection image file and make sure to check the box for "Keep source formatting"; click "Insert" and then click "Close". The projection image slide should have been placed in your PowerPoint presentation.
