Marketing Support

Upon request, marketing communications consultancy is available to the campus community. Consultancy areas include strategic communication, market research and analysis, market plan development, creative concepting, media buying and performance measurement.

A variety of communication tools are also available to assist with your marketing efforts including:

University Key Messages and Proof Points – primary messages and supporting points submitted by faculty and staff, put together in a comprehensive and inclusive document to help you speak about the university's statistics and accomplishments in a consistent manner. Laminated business-sized cards of the primary messages are also available.

Creative Brief – a list of questions to help you determine your next steps for market plan development.  

Media Advertising Vendor List – an up-to-date local vendor list for a variety of media contacts in print, radio, broadcast and billboard.  When applicable, university contracts are signed on an annual basis to offer deeper discounts. Please note that ad design and ad placement services are not offered by University Relations.

External drive of campus footage – an e-drive of digital, non high def footage including campus beauty, students, classrooms, athletics, etc.
