“View” features scene design by Laura Brignull, costume design by Will Lowry and lighting design by Melissa Guyer. Jim Wren, a UNCG theatre professor, directs.
Wren describes Miller’s tragedy as “Theatre with a capital T.” “It is a piece with magnitude and resonance with an undeniable universality,” he said. “Although it takes place in Brooklyn in 1955, it could easily be taking place anywhere in this country today. You may explore the moral issue of the feelings beyond Eddie’s control and understanding, or the political/social issues of immigration and justice."
