Sha Li Zhang
Librarian Sha Li Zhang has been elected vice president, president-elect of the Chinese American Librarians Association for 2007-08.
She joined CALA in 1990 and has served in various committee chairwoman positions on a national level since 1996. She came to UNCG in 2005 and is assistant director for collections and technical services in University Libraries.
An international association with about 700 members, CALA has been an active affiliate of the American Library Association since 1976 and a member of the Council of National Library and Information Associations.
