"Flannel Shorts" cast members mug for the camera.
GREENSBORO, NC – As the weather gets colder, wrap yourself in a little flannel.
UNCG Theatre will offer its 11th Annual “Flannel Shorts” production Nov. 29-Dec. 2. The show highlights the work of student playwrights as the sophomore BFA acting students perform in original 10-minute plays.
Performances will be held in Taylor Theatre on Tate Street. Parents should be aware that the show will contain adult language.
Featured playwrights include: Michael Ferrell, Kati Frazier, Jamie Horan, Heidi Koling, Kim Moore, Alli Pentland, Ed Simpson and Jay Smith. Performers include: Alex Amery, Ali Bayless, Isabelle Gardo, Sarah Leonard, Dave May, Becca Nerz, Ashley Ortiz, Elizabeth Pigg, Ricardo Puerta, Max Waszak, Handley Woodall and Chris Wright
Showtimes are 7 p.m., Nov. 29 and 30; 8 p.m. Dec. 1 and 2. Tickets are $12 for adults; $10 for senior citizens, students and children; $7 for UNCG students; and $8 for groups and UNCG Alumni Association members.
