Panel Discusess Ethics Reform in Politics

GREENSBORO, NC – A panel of legislators, lobbyists and journalists will address ethics reform in state politics Wednesday, Nov. 7, at UNCG.


The presentation -- “Legislators, Lobbyists and the Law” -- begins at 7:30 p.m. in the Weatherspoon Art Museum Auditorium, and is free and open to the public. Panelists include N.C. Rep. Rick Glazier, N.C. State Senator Phil Berger, lobbyist John McMillan and Dan Kane of the Raleigh News & Observer.


The discussion completes a series of three lectures held on campus this fall and co-sponsored by the Center for Legislative Studies and the Department of Political Science. The series is titled “Getting Back on Track? Reforms in American Politics.”
