GREENSBORO, NC – UNCG’s Speech and Hearing Program at Gateway University Research Park celebrates Better Hearing and Speech Month in May with a series of free seminars and speech and hearing screenings.
Each May, the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association celebrates Better Hearing and Speech Month to raise awareness and promote treatment of communication disorders. Common disorders include hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), difficulty with swallowing or balance, stuttering, delayed language, or voice problems.
