GREENSBORO, N.C. — The African American Studies Program at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro will launch a post baccalaureate certificate program this fall.
The 15-hour, interdisciplinary program is open to current UNCG graduate students and community members who have earned a bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
“We anticipate this will attract people who are already involved in projects that relate to the African-American experience,” said Dr. Tara T. Green, director of the program.
Application to the post baccalaureate program should be made through the UNCG Graduate School. The GRE is not required for admission, but applicants must write a statement detailing their interest in the program.
