GREENSBORO, N.C. – The School of Nursing and Gamma Zeta, the local chapter of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, have honored 12 graduates and students for excellence.
Awards were presented May 14 in a special ceremony. Winners were:
Sigma Theta Tau PhD Award for Excellence: Sharon Starr, 2826 Moose Gantt Trail, Crouse, NC.
MSN Sigma Theta Tau Graduate Excellence Award: Dai Nguyen, 2828 Skybrook Lane, Durham, NC.
Sigma Theta Tau RN to BSN Excellence Award: Winifreda Mandarano, 3211 Bardwell Road, Greensboro, NC.
Sigma Theta Tau BSN Excellence Award: Ashlee Zackeru, 7147 W Friendly Ave., Unit G, Greensboro, NC.
School of Nursing Alumni Association Award to a Master's Student: Stacy Mitchell, 7541 Stirrup Court, Trinity, NC.
