- Richard is the Library Webmaster, and participates in Internet and relational database development, graphic design, and Web design and development, as well as outreach to and training for various schools and departments across the UNCG campus. Richard's specialties lie in accessibility & usability engineering, as well as the implementation of W3C Standards and recommendations. Richard co-authored the UNCG Unit Web Site Requirements, the UNCG Accessibility Policy & guidelines, and the Web3 Wrapper System.

- Kevin R. McClain, M.Ed.

- Kevin has been involved in higher education information technology for over 5 years. In 1998 he earned a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia (UVa). Prior to UNCG, Kevin worked for UVa as a web application interface designer and taught web development classes at a community college. Kevin's professional interests include web standards, usability, opensource technology and content management systems.

- Rob holds a masters degree in Technology Systems from East Carolina University and is a certified BCIP Web Designer. His technology interests include open source web application development, multimedia programming, and technology assessment and forecasting.


- Anita Warfford, MA

- Anita works as an Instructional Technology Consultant for UNCG's College of Arts & Sciences. She earned a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology and Media Education from Appalachian State University. Though her primary interest lies in constructing fully online courses for faculty, she also provides various training for College faculty who need assistance using technology for instructional purposes. Her primary professional interests include usability standards and information design, multimedia programming and interactive instructional design, as well as chow-chow dogs.
