INSTRUCTIONS FOR CODE REVIEW ASSIGNMENT
DUE IN CLASS NOVEMBER 8, 2000
(GRADED PASS/FAIL)

Review the C++ code on the print-out to be handed out in class on Oct. 31:
1.  Make 1 copy of the checklist in Table 8.3 (in the handout from
    class Oct. 17).   
2.  On the print-out, circle and assign a unique number to each possible 
    defect that you find.
3.  Put each defect number that you gave in step 2 in the corresponding 
    row/column of the checklist in Table 8.3. 
4.  Make a copy of the print-out and the filled out checklist for the 
    in-class discussion.  Staple the original copies together and sign your
    name on the first page.  I will collect these at the beginning of class.
    We will have a code review meeting after the guest lecture on Nov. 8.
