The Modified Private Self-Consciousness Scale

Constantine Sedikides (1992) rewrote the original private self-consciousness scale to reflect state self-focus. For example, the original item "I'm always trying to figure myself out" was changed to "I'm right now trying to figure myself out." Although not widely-used, this scale has worked in several published studies.
