Petty building was completely renovated over several years, including removal of asbestos. In February 2008, the Department of Mathematics and Statistics and the Department of Computer Science moved into Petty building. The Department of Physics will occupy the third floor beginning fall 2008 (Dear Colleagues: please try not to spill or drop anything). The School of Nursing occupies a few offices in the basement wing of the building (in case of a spill from the third floor, one assumes). A picture of the building before the renovation.
