The apartments are the university's most modern dorm facilities. Most of the apartments have 4 bedroom, 2 bath, kitchen and there is a parking garage in the basement. Each student has a private bedroom with personal internet, phone and cable access. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator (with icemaker), and dishwasher. This complex of apartments cost $27 million to build, and houses about 400+ students.
