DESCRIPTION:In a time of rapid change\, relentless pressure\, and growing uncertainty — for our institutions\, our students\, our democracy\, and our planet — what does it mean to lead with wholeness? To teach with presence? To build a community that can strengthen us in the face of all of our real and perceived differences? This masterclass invites students\, faculty\, and emerging leaders to step into a living laboratory of contemplative practice and collective inquiry. Drawing on contemplative practices developed over decades for application in classrooms and workplaces across a range of disciplines\, we will explore mindfulness not as a private retreat from the world\, but as a radical\, relational\, and deeply human practice — one that equips us to lead\, teach\, and build Beloved Community in these demanding times.
