Each year, Professor Burgin Ross, faculty in Department of Nutrition plans and executes a School Nutrition Workshop for between 50-75 School Nutrition Association of North Carolina (SNA) members.

As part of a week-long meeting with educational sessions, and equipment/product expositions, SNA members come to campus for a hands-on workshop for skill development.

Students thrive in Professor Ross' nutrition lab where she creates an environment where everyone feels appreciated.
