He has used his MA in Communication from Syracuse University to translate his passion for connecting people into a lucrative career designing podcasts and newsletters to promote Chicago events\, businesses\, and creative partnerships. A celebrated storyteller and national champion public speaker\, Jacoby received the 2024 Uplifting Voices Award at the 29th Annual Chicago Community Media Awards.   \nWith music and conversation support from In the Beat of the Night\, join us for a unique night of storytelling. \nPrez\, J Lone\, and Kilmatic make up the backbone of In the Beat of the Night. Starting in 2006 as a hip-hop show on UNCG’s own WUAG\, ITBOTN has grown from Greensboro’s longest-running radio show into a live platform to support local musicians and share their stories.
