Responsibilities
Emily serves as the Benefits Manager in the Human Resources office. On this campus, the Benefits Office administers TSERS and ORP retirement programs, supplemental retirement plans (401k, 403b and 457b plans), and insurance (such as medical, dental, life, disability, etc). Other programs managed by this area are Workers’ Compensation, Family Medical Leave, Paid Parental Leave and Voluntary Shared Leave.
