About Dr. Celia Hooper
Dr. Celia R. Hooper is a nationally recognized academic leader and consultant with more than 40 years of experience in higher education. As Dean Emerita at the University of North Carolina Greensboro and Professor Emerita in Communication Sciences and Disorders, she has built a legacy of advancing excellence in health sciences education, leadership development, and program restructuring.
Her consulting portfolio includes guiding graduate program reviews, mentoring department chairs and deans, supporting academic leaders in media communication, and assisting institutions with the design and launch of health sciences schools.
