Get to Know Us

Fikre joined the Global Engagement Office in 2025 after 8 years of working in international program management for non-profit organizations. She is a proud alumna of UNCG where she completed a double major in International and Global Studies & Media Studies. While at UNCG, she participated in a faculty-led program to Livingstone, Zambia, which inspired her passion for international education. Fikre enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and listening to audiobooks.
