Get to Know Us

I am from Winston-Salem, NC where I was raised.  The inspiration to join the ACCESS Project came from the desire to work within my community to make a difference in the lives of others, specifically those from different cultural backgrounds then my own.

After completing my AmeriCorps service, I plan to pursue a Masters’ Degree to become a licensed clinical social worker, specifically to help those who experienced trauma and hardship withing their lives.  After my AmeriCorps year I plan to take some time to travel as well.  Whenever I come across some free time I love to read or go outside in nature for a walk.  A unique talent of mine that maybe would surprise others, is my ability to bake.
