I am a passionate leader, dedicated community advocate, and entrepreneur with a heart for serving others and a deep commitment to empowering youth, families, and communities. With more than a decade of executive leadership experience across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, my work is rooted in servant leadership, compassion, and a genuine desire to make a lasting difference in the lives of others. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. My experience includes program development, organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, and creating initiatives that help individuals and families grow and thrive. Guided by my faith and a belief in the power of connection, encouragement, and service, I strive to create spaces where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. I am passionate about building resilience, inspiring leadership, and creating opportunities that open doors for growth and positive change. Whether through advocacy, leadership, or entrepreneurship, my goal is to serve with purpose, uplift others, and leave an impact in the communities I am privileged to serve.
