Call for abstracts for Women’s Health Research forum

The Center for Women’s Health and Wellness is hosting the third annual Research Forum for faculty and students to highlight the scholarly work at UNC Greensboro centered around female health and wellness.

This event will take place on March 17 from 8:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. The event will be held in-person with a Zoom option available. All faculty and students are encouraged to submit an abstract with data related or applicable to female health and wellness that you would be willing to present. Abstracts must be submitted by February 24 to cwhw@uncg.edu.

The forum will also feature a keynote presentation “Maternal and Child Health: Interdisciplinary Approach to Understanding Psychosocial Correlates of Nutrition-related Outcomes across Development” presented by UNCG’s own Dr. Lenka Shriver, roundtable discussions focused on critical health topics for women, and a women’s networking lunch co-sponsored with Healthy UNCG.
