The University Libraries is launching a library survey called LibQUAL+®. As we plan for the upcoming renovation of Jackson Library, it is important that we understand the perceptions and expectations of our campus community so that we may provide the services and resources that you need to be successful both during and after the renovation.

LibQUAL is a survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries to measure library service quality and identify best practices and areas for growth for libraries. To date, it has been taken by over 1 million users at over 1000 libraries throughout the world! By responding to the survey, you will provide essential information for us. When you receive the email, please take the time to complete the survey. We would greatly appreciate your help. Your participation means a lot to the UNCG University Libraries!

The survey can be found here.

When you complete the survey you may choose to submit your email address to be entered to win one of 100 $25 Barnes and Noble gift cards. Additionally, the University Libraries will give one dollar to Spartan Open Pantry for each completed survey.

Your responses will be confidential. No identifying links between responses and the individual responding will be retained. Only aggregated responses will be reported.

Thank you for doing your part to help us shape the future of the University Libraries!
