Doctor of Nursing Practice

The Post-Master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Concentration is available to nurses who have a masters degree in Nursing. Students address quality improvement and evaluate strategies to improve efficiencies and outcomes. Graduates serve in academic teaching roles and clinical leadership positions. Essential leadership skills learned in the program allow graduates to actively participate in the transformation of healthcare systems. 

Post-Master’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Program Distinctions

  • The School of Nursing is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

  • Complete your DNP in 4 semesters (15 months for full-time students that start in the Fall. Spring start is a part-time plan of study and will take 6-semesters to complete.

The Doctor of Nursing Practice Student Experience
