The Organ Graduate Student Experience
Organ majors study closely in small, focused cohorts. This guarantees abundant personal attention, tailored mentorship, and ample practice access to the specialized tracker organ.
Students in the organ concentration collaborate across the entire School of Music, with the University Chorale, Chamber Singers, and major instrumental ensembles.
Organists frequently pair up with string, woodwind, and vocal majors to form specialized historical chambers, using the school’s diverse harpsichords.
