The educational landscape has changed dramatically in recent years, and more training is needed to understand the growing concerns in higher education. Today’s challenges require higher education professionals to think critically about new problems, engage with diverse student bodies, and inform policies and practices for college students.
The Student Affairs in Higher Education certificate program is designed for working higher education professionals, recent college graduates, and current students in other graduate programs who want to improve their skills to tackle the challenges facing higher education. The certificate can act as a precursor for practitioners interested in UNC Greensboro’s master’s in student affairs and higher education.
