Responsibilities
Adwoa is a Business Analyst in UNCG’s Global Engagement Office, where she helps define business needs, improve workflows, and support systems that serve international students and scholars. She works with campus partners on requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and implementation support, with recent contributions to Slate, Banner, and Terra Dotta process improvements for financial document collection and I-20 processing.
