Research

I study contextual influences on the development of youth in ethnic minority and immigrant families. In addition, I am interested in the application of advanced quantitative analyses to developmental and family science questions. My recent projects apply structural equation modeling techniques to study parent-child interactions, family dynamics, and youth outcomes within and across cultural groups.
