Breif Bio

Dr. Brady’s teaching, service, and research are synergistic and focus on exercise assessment and prescription in the older adult population. At UNCG, Dr. Brady teaches a variety of Kinesiology courses, primarily at the undergraduate level. She is the director of HOPE, a community-based exercise program for older adults that provides practical experience for Kinesiology majors. Dr. Brady is involved with a number of community organizations and partnerships and serves as the internship coordinator for undergraduate Kinesiology majors.
