ABOUT CAROL

Carol Booth joined the Kinesiology department, in late August of 2020, as the Graduate Studies Coordinator. In this capacity she provides administrative support to the faculty and office manager of the department and assists graduate students in navigating their paths from the application process through successful completion of their plans of study. Carol was born, and has spent the vast majority of her life, in the Piedmont Triad Region of North Carolina. However, through professional and personal travel she has visited forty of the states in the United States as well as Mexico and Canada. She is an artist and as well an amateur photographer, bird watcher and naturalist. Carol has a particular affinity for, and interest in, butterflies which has fed her passion in protecting plants and habitat for them and other pollinators.
