Responsibilities
As part of the Classification & Compensation Team, we oversee position classification, position management, and salary administration for SHRA and EHRA Non-Faculty employees at UNCG. We provide comprehensive guidance regarding compliance, policy, processes, and initiatives, as well as liaison with the UNC System Office and the Office of State Human Resources (OSHR) on behalf of the University. Christina is currently assigned to Finance & Administration and the Division of Research & Engagement.
