Responsibilities
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to senior campus leaders, developing and implementing innovative HR solutions that address organizational challenges at UNCG. Working closely with all HR teams, the role supports the design and delivery of human capital programs that align with institutional goals and enhance organizational performance. Key focus areas include people strategy, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, coaching, and management-level employee relations support.
