Daniel Winkler
Biography
Daniel T. Winkler is a full professor at The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration (specialization in Finance) from the University of South Carolina in 1986. His publication record includes 73 refereed articles, primarily in real estate, and 66 paper presentations at professional conferences. Professor Winkler received seven Best Paper Awards for outstanding category conference paper and two Red Pen Awards for outstanding manuscript reviewing. He has has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Real Estate Research, the Journal of Housing Research, the Journal of the Center for Real Estate Studies, and as the co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education.
