Responsibilities

Erin Wille serves as a ServiceNow Developer at UNCG, where she designs, develops, and implements solutions to streamline operations and improve user experience. With over six years of ServiceNow development experience and seven years in higher education IT, she has worked across multiple domains, from desktop support and system administration to ServiceNow development in both university and healthcare environments.

At UNCG, Erin has created and led impactful initiatives such as the Citizen Developer Program and a series of Lunch & Learn sessions, both aimed at increasing platform adoption, efficiency, and collaboration across campus. She is a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator with a strong commitment to equity in technology, continuous learning, and creating user-centered solutions.
